SweatBlock is a liquid formula, soaked on a soft, cotton pad. Once a week before bedtime, open one of the pouches and dab (do not rub) the disposable pad thoroughly under the arms within the hairline. Allow your underarms to air dry for a few minutes, and then go to bed.
